Morris Chubb

Morris Chubb, CPA, brings over 40 years of C-suite executive experience to his role as Principal of CB Administrative Services. A Stanford University Graduate School of Business alumnus with a BS in Finance and Economics from San Jose State University and a Certificate in Bio Entrepreneurship from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Morris possesses a rare depth of financial governance knowledge.

Morris's career includes serving as CFO, Treasurer, and Secretary at Luxtron Corporation (1987–1994), Treasurer at Diasonics Inc. (1983–1986), Acting CFO at LuMend, Inc. (a subsidiary of Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson company), and Co-Founder and CFO at Skoozle. He has also served as CFO at Intella Interventional Systems and held other CFO positions across venture-backed and public firms.

At CB Administrative Services, Morris oversees key projects involving specialty trusts designed to maximize returns on investments from asset sales, utilizing advanced techniques such as the 1031 Exchange.
