About Craig
Craig S. Redler, TEP, is a distinguished trust and estate attorney who serves as Trustee for The Q Companies' clients. With his B.S./B.A. from the University of Missouri, Columbia and J.D. from Washington University School of Law, Craig brings academic excellence and deep legal expertise to every trust structure he oversees.
Craig holds the Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation, the highest international standard of expertise in trust and estate planning. He serves as Chairman of the Board of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Orange County California chapter.
Craig's career spans law, government, technology, and international trust administration. He served as Legislative Assistant to U.S. House Majority Leader Richard Gephardt, worked as a Systems Engineer for EDS/GM in Detroit, and held trustee positions with Amicorp (Auckland, Miami) and Southpac Trust International (Cook Islands, New Zealand). His law practice experience includes positions at Goffstein, Raskas, Pomerantz, Kraus & Sherman in St. Louis, as an original shareholder of Redler & Seigel, P.C., and with the Jeffrey M. Verdon Law Group in Newport Beach, California.
Licensed to practice in California and Illinois, Craig specializes in foreign and domestic asset protection planning, foundational estate planning, and complex trust structures including Installment Sale Trusts and dynasty trusts. He serves on the advisory boards of the Justine Peterson Housing Corporation and The Mike Jones Foundation, and is a frequent speaker on offshore trusts, domestic asset protection, Medicaid planning, and estate administration.
