Christian Ramsey

Christian Ramsey is a best-selling author and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) with over 20 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor. He serves as President & CEO of Q-RIA and as the 1031 Exchange Accommodator for Q 1031.

Christian co-authored the best-selling book "Just Say No – To Bad Financial Advice" (2025) and previously authored "Land Rich, Cash Poor" (2007). His expertise has been featured in the Journal of Accountancy, the Journal of Financial Planning, The Auburn Journal, The Granite Bay View, The Placer Herald, Ranch and Country, Land and Farm, and American Small Farmer. He has also written white papers on the Installment Method, Monetized Installments, and Structured Installments.

Christian's career includes founding AdvisorPage.com (1999–2006), serving as an External Wholesaler covering California, Nevada, and Hawaii managing over 800 advisor relationships, and co-founding Series7News.com (2008–2020). He completed the Certified Financial Planner curriculum in 2006, served as a CA Department of Real Estate Continuing Education Provider, and was a National Educators Association Retirement Specialist for 14 years.

Beyond financial services, Christian established the Cochise County CERT program, training over 300 volunteers in disaster preparedness as a DHS/FEMA CERT Instructor. He served as President of the Cochise Family Advocacy Center Board and received a National Science Foundation I-CORPS grant in collaboration with the University of Arizona. He is a current member of NAAIM and the Tucson Estate Planning Council.
